Delivery Information
Podamira offers the possibility to have products that you order online picked up at our office or delivered to your front door.
If you order from Belgium and the total of your purchase is at least €40, home delivery is free. For purchases of less than this amount, €4.95 is charged. For our European customers, delivery is free for a purchase value of at least €70. For the delivery of purchases of less than this amount, €8.95 is charged.
Podamira works with the best carriers to deliver your package safely but quickly. We usually process your order within a maximum of 2 working days. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will always be kept informed of the location of your package by means of a track and trace code. The delivery time usually takes two to three working days. The total time of the shipping and delivery of your order is therefore five working days. In exceptional cases, the delivery of an order can take up to 20 working days. In this case, the customer will always be contacted.
Would you like to pick up your package yourself? You can pick up your package at our office. No extra costs are charged.
Return Policy
At Podamira, we strive for satisfied customers. Is your order not quite what you expected? Don't worry! You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Belgian law on distance selling.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the product.
Conditions for return
The product must be unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.
For hygienic reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
The return must be sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notification.
How do you report a return?
Send us the completed return form by e-mail to info@podamira.com. You will then receive instructions from us for the return.
Return shipping
The return costs are for the customer's account, unless it is a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged product). Return your package well packed to the specified return address.
Refund
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund you the purchase amount (including shipping costs) within 14 days.
